DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES – The construction crane may be an endangered species in the current economy, but in Downtown Los Angeles, it is not extinct. For that matter, neither is the construction crew, and though the number of hard hat workers has decreased from several years ago, there remains an ample amount of building activity going on in Downtown.
