<p>What kind of repairs are you doing?  Depending on what it is I might be inclined to do it now.  Maintenance is often a lot cheaper than repairs.  And early repairs are often a lot cheaper than later repairs.   The short answer is that you don't know what those mutual funds will do in the near future anyways.  Do the repairs that are needed.
