The key word here is being prepared. Do you know what you plan to discuss? Have you envisioned how the conversation might go? If you haven’t you have some serious home work to do. Make sure that before you call back you are prepared. Have you looked up information on the company? The products it sells, the services it offers. After you have listened to the facilities maintenance or H.R. hiring manager and answered their questions and asked yours, don’t forget to ask for the job!
