Is this Home Improvement?
< p>A loan was made earlier this year to put in a septic tank and make some additional improvements to a plot of land. The owner will construct a house in the near future but at the time the loan was made there was no “home” or “dwelling” on the land. The loan is unsecured (fyi). Would this still be classified as Home Improvement and reported as a home improvement loan?
